About these websites

These terms apply to the public Rihuum digital ecosystem operated by Rihuum Intercontinental Limited (RC 1476119), including corporate, technology, knowledge and operational information published through rihuum.com, rihuum.tech and rihuum.net.

A client portal, product, Academy programme, subscription, professional service or deployment may have additional written terms. Where they conflict for that service, the signed or accepted service-specific terms govern.

Information and product status

Website content is provided for general information and discovery. Rihuum distinguishes available services, foundations in development, discovery work and planned products. A roadmap, demonstration or concept is not a promise of general availability, price, delivery date, certification or service level.

Commercial commitments exist only in an authorised written proposal, order, licence, subscription or contract. Rihuum may correct or update content as evidence, technology and requirements change.

Permitted use

Visitors may access public content for lawful personal or organisational evaluation. Use must not harm the service, other people, Rihuum, its clients or its suppliers.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass controls or probe systems without written permission.
• Do not introduce malware, overload services, scrape in a disruptive manner or impersonate another person.
• Do not use public tools as a compliance certification, professional opinion or substitute for a scoped assessment.
• Do not submit confidential credentials or material you have no authority to disclose.

Intellectual property and acceptable reuse

Rihuum names, original writing, product concepts, interfaces, software, documentation and the board-approved Rihuum logo are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the public websites under these terms.

Brief quotation and linking may be permitted with accurate attribution where the law allows. Republishing substantial content, removing attribution, training a commercial system on protected private material or presenting Rihuum work as another party’s work requires written permission.

AI guide and interactive tools

RIA Guide and readiness tools are bounded informational experiences. They may route a visitor to approved website material or support planning, but they are not autonomous professional advisers and do not make binding decisions for Rihuum.

Users remain responsible for verifying information and obtaining qualified legal, financial, security, medical or other professional advice when the situation requires it.

Third-party services

Links, maps, analytics, communications and future payment or advertising services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Rihuum selects and configures providers proportionately but does not control every external service or guarantee its uninterrupted availability.

Availability and responsibility

Rihuum aims for accurate, secure and accessible services but cannot promise that public websites will always be error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, Rihuum is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. A contracted service is governed by its specific warranty, liability, support and continuity provisions.

Changes, law and contact

Rihuum may update these terms with a revised effective date. Use after a published change is subject to the updated terms where legally effective.
